With more than 23+ years of real estate experience, Susan has spent decades helping families buy and sell homes throughout the Lowcountry. She moved to Charleston in 1987 as a young girl when her family was transferred here through the Air Force—her father served proudly for over 20 years. Charleston’s charm, natural beauty, and welcoming community quickly made it feel like home. She later met a “local boy,” John Nicholson, a retired Assistant Fire Chief with the City of North Charleston Fire Department, and the two have now been married for over 33 years. Together they raised three sons and built a life deeply rooted in the Lowcountry. Susan’s love for the area and her extensive market knowledge make her a powerful advocate for every client she serves.

John Nicholson — Realtor® & First Responder

Born and raised in Charleston, John is known as a true local with a strong understanding of the Lowcountry’s neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle. With 6+ years of real estate experience and his ongoing service as an engineer with the City of North Charleston Fire Department, John brings a unique blend of community dedication and real estate expertise.
